I offer online therapy to individuals. Assessment is carried out in collaboration with the client who is involved in the decision about which modality to adopt to help resolve his/her psychological difficulties.
I offer cognitive behaviour therapy, psychodynamic counselling, 12-Step treatment for addiction and interpersonal psychotherapy. Being able to offer different modalities means that I do not try to make the client ‘fit into’ a particular modality.
I am an accredited cognitive behavior therapist and Interpersonal therapist with BABCP and IPT-UK. I am also a CBT supervisor and an accredited IPT supervisor. These organisations provide me with frameworks that enable me to work in an ethical, legal and professional manner.
